There are good time and there are bad time in crypto world. One should learn on how to survive in the bear market conditions. Also I would say that sometime it is the greediness in ourself which make us loss big amounts.

I think he means you have to pass KYC on zebpay site not to share your KYC with him. And as webtricks said, zebpay services is very much trusted till now in India.
