At first i thought the transaction was stuck, but it's not. You have over 3900 confirmations, so your coins are really therein that address,don't worry

Electrum has more control over private keys.

Both wallet addreses are your's but in general a coin should be sent to only to a wallet that supports same coin and here you have swaped between two different coins (BCD-BTC), isn't it ?
You can only get coins back by reaching support team of BTC wallet that you have used to retrieve these coins
The BTC wallet that has these coins is not on an exchange, but that is the wallet I have the private key for. Both wallet addreses are your's but in general a coin should be sent to only to a wallet that supports same coin and here you have swaped between two different coins (BCD-BTC), isn't it ?

Extract the private key for that bitcoin address. Import that key into a local btcd wallet. Do such wallets exist?
