How about my Ebook Collection? Most are about making money and hacking, haven't tried any of them though.

Whenever I'd see a free ebook I'd download it and move it to my collection.

Brohonkey, the only thing you're going to get (unless someone is feeling extremely generous) is negative trust for asking for a loan without valid collateral--even though it doesn't appear you're looking to scam, it happens so often here that folks on default trust are quick with the paint.  Can't you just ask friends or family for this?  It's not much, but you're a total stranger here.

None of these are valid collateral. Collateral has to be with you right now not some future earnings. Altcoins are a good collateral especially if they are some old ones.

I don't think the net earnings will provide you that much of an income. Even with all the ads on a faucet, it probably costs more to run and operate a faucet than not running it at all. (Unless it's already a well-known faucet.)

Hi! I am setting up a BTC faucet and need a loan.

Here is the site: http://btcforfree.faucetfly.com

I'm near-begging at this point so I'll take any offer that isn't straight up scamming me. (1000%, etc.)

Any escrow service as long as you're not it's owner.

I suggest you to move this tread to security section and see there for some kind of partnership. Here you risk to get neg trust.

How about 40% of net earnings? Is that a good collateral?
Nope. you cant use that as collateral. Read the rules on lending, here check this link https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.6311902

Beat me to it. I was about to reply nearly the same thing.
