Hi, I purchased some CSNO tokens, but since I am newbie at ETH I didn't know I need 0.01ETH to send it to the exchange.
Anyway - exchanging btc to ETH, and sending it to my wallet would cost another 0.01ETH, so I assume it is better to ask for a small loan.
Will repay this with 15% fee today.

What collateral do you have? If you have something that is atleast 120% of what youre asking, I wont mind lending you the 0.01 eth, and yes even for such a small amount, you would need collateral. You could also use an exchange and buy 0.01 eth as well.

I know I can use an exchange, but then I'd have to pay fees to send bitcoin, fees to exchange to ETH and fees to get the ETH to my wallet.
IDK for 0.01ETH im not sure if I have something for collateral. Its ~ 2.5$ will pay back 3.75 in bitcoins - like an hour later tops. This is just to move the tokens.

This is me - https://etherscan.io/token/0x29d75277ac7f0335b2165d0895e8725cbf658d73?a=0xb415f77c2970e9a12e3f5f92f1b68043b6ebc2b2
