I usually accept bitcointalk account, but would also accept altcoins, or any other digital goods that can easily be checked, sold and locked (so the owner cannot just claim his property back)

I see you used this address for the first time on october the 3rd, only 6 days ago... I'm afraid the offer of MinerHQ is a decent one... I would also be able to offer you a 0.015BTC loan with your account as collateral, but that would be the maximum...

It's nothing personal, but a lender wants some security, so the collateral should cover at least 120% of the loan... In this case, a loan of 0.015 would be OK...
