You can either use an escrow to hold the account, or give the loaner the account directly. After the loan is paid back, the account is given back.

However, if you default, the account will be worth considerably less since the neg-rep someone will give it.

personally I not give loan to account with red flag, but maybe anyone thinks otherwise
