I think you might have just answered your own question.Unless you can produce a valid collateral, you won't get your loan. The negatives are well substantiated and fully logical. Not sure how it wouldn't make sense to you. Needless to say, you're getting at least 0.056BTC more than what you can get for your account. Wow!
