I also thought they were IP addresses but then I thought Computer Science Corporation had nothing to do with the quote, so I considered it a dead end and returned to think something else.
Maybe if you continue, down the path you'll be able to link CSC and Korea with this quote. Maybe the Sony hack? But it was North Korea though.

This is a very novel idea for a faucet. I have been to the site and I'll surely play. Not sure how much time I need to crack the code, though ;P
