Yeah man I just signed up with my outlook account, and I'm not getting a confirmation email either, so not just you.
I've had this problem a few months ago.
My confirmation email for BTCJam account was sent to my Spam/Junk mail. I also had a Outlook.com email.

Not sure if this is the same case. Just figured I would inform you anyways

The funny thing is, it's happening with 2 accounts because i have 2 accounts on btcjam.

I've just tested signing up at Bitjam and I am getting emails from [email protected] right away. I do not use Outlook though. Create a Gmail account (takes 1 minute or so) and use that one as address for your Bitjam account and withdrawals. It will work.

Changing your email would probably be the last thing you can do, besides email microsoft too.

I just received response from btcjam, thank god:))!

Hello Adam,
Thank you for your contact. It looks like your e-mail account is blocking our confirmation e-mails. Please whitelist the e-mail [email protected] within your e-mail account. Thank you.

Now i have added this to my whitelist however i am still not receiving their messages? not sure why... Can someone help me?? 0.1btc is still on!:)

I just have problems with Gmail, are you using gmail?

I use outlook. even stuff that gets called "junk" still ends up in the folder right when it's sent. You should just try and change your email to an outlook.com email address.

I think only the site support will be able to help you with this, I had same problem like this once with bittrex when I needed to withdraw my balance and it can really be a pain in the ass. These sites should also provide back-up-codes like google does in-case one is unable to get 2fa email/sms.

I'd just wait for a response from their support rather than offering out bounties. Maybe the email will come through eventually.

Hi guys!

I am willng to give 0.1btc for just your help!

What i need help with ::

I have 1.2btc stuck in my BTCjam account, and in order to withdraw it i need to confirm withdrawal email... But i am not getting one sent to me, i am not sure what is the reason i've tried contacting btcjam support but i get no response, i am not receiving emails from them at all.

You aren't the only one having this issue. Check out this topic: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=741810.new

People are also complaining about it on Facebook so it is very likely to be a site-wide issue. Nothing to worry about, probably an issue which will be fixed a.s.a.p.
