Avoid like plague. Creating a token is much cheaper and easier process as you would think, and this user is charging you 0.1ETH for a job of 20 minutes.
I recommend you get the f*** out of the forums and get a real income source, instead of doing copy paste and charging other people for it.
I would consider you as an con artist!
