OP - You can spend your money where you want to, but running a faucet and only starting with a loan of .1 is a recipe for failure. You might want to research more as to what others have done, for there are faucets that are up for 3 days and fail of the are lucky to get those three days!! Good luck though.

You need a collateral to get a loan. Stating that you will use it to build a faucet will not simply get you any lender to be interested in lending you.
No colateral no loan if you wanna donations go search into btcjam and similiar websites, its insane you ask for such ammount without any reptutation, and nothing to offer.
0.10BTC is too big for a no collateral loan with no reputation. I don't know why people still trying this, the answer would be no 99% of the time.
