You have to use an escrow to get your loan, and to ship your collateral to the escrow first, before asking the loan, so it can be considered as valid collateral
Otherwise without escrow, holding your collateral, i think it's hard for you to get this loan

Anyone else with a signature campaign want to suggest how to use escrow? It hasn't been done enough here.

Hello, I'm new here, but I'm requesting a fairly low short-term loan for only 0.1626 BTC.  I should be able to pay back within 7 days.  If not, I do offer collateral; a like new 750W power supply from Thermaltake that I have listed on eBay under my own account (i.e. kstarvideo).  http://www.ebay.com/itm/-/221910177710?

I do not plan on selling the power supply to anyone unless it is an account associated with this site, in case I do not pay back in time.

I plan on using this loan to expand my investments, especially in the interests of the videography shop I'm running on the side.

You can PM me for more details.

Thanks in advance!

if you are really serious about this loan, you need to look for an escrow located near you area and you can contact anyone from this list

at least help the lender by cutting down to task of looking for an escrow interested to hold your collateral

I think that a valid collateral should be hold by a trusted escrow member.
By this you can default on loan and remove the link in ebay.
Simple there is no protection for the user who will borrow you bitcoin.
Will you be able to ship the collateral to escrow?
