Good luck getting the BTC back. Guy is shady as fuck and I would recommend staying away even if he does pay back. He tried to sell me a 1oz gold bar awhile back, told me he it was purchased from a local pawn shop and had it tested there. With so many fake bars going around, I declined and find out this later: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.8443112 and "My customer had it tested (as I should have done), and it was quickly discovered that they were fake.".

Yeah thatwould be good, but if a dispute does arise, then the PM can also be used as proof.

Not sure if the account was hacked or not, but if it was, then maybe it would have asked or tried to scam a larger amount, or would have sold the account for a larger account. Only at the end of the day will we know.
