I can give this a go as well! I was recently tasked with taking old photos (from the early 70's) and doing touch-ups to remove things like scratches, lighting problems (glare), etc. I am not a professional by any means but the results I have gotten so far have been great!
Depending on what you want removed and the size of it, I might be able to help with this. It's generally not so hard to do. (Well, it's obviously not really easy to make it look natural, but meh, if nobody answers I can give it a shot.)
I recently had a headshot taken at a miserable portrait studio. I would like to have it retouched to remove blemishes, etc. I will be using this picture as my default professional headshot in many places. Therefore, I want it to be cleaned up the best possible.
Please let me know if you are interested. Unfortuatenly, I have a short timeline and need this turned around by tomorrow.
