I think I have one collateral I have a twitter account with more then 14.2 k followers and that followers r cryptocoins related

a collateral is something you want to get back, in this case your twitter account is not a collateral coz you are trying to sell it

that is a good reason why no one will give you this loan unless they are interested in your twitter account. 99.9% that once you got the loan you will never pay the loan amount

I need loan of .025 actually my paypal got limited and it has 63$ in it I need 2 documents for restore it I talk a guy but he want to send him .025 btc first and I don't have that I will return it in 2 weeks
