Beware I sent him 30 usd Neteller for btc some days ago, after he got my neteller, he told that btc fees is very hidh and i should send more Neteller. I refused and he told that he will return my Neteller back, but i still did not get any btc or NT back. I wait till end of the day and create scam thread about it.
Neteller is reversible open a dispute and take ur money back
and open thread in scam accusation
I called Neteller and they told his balance is 0, he transfered money to some merchant site and they can not back my money . They just can block his account. But i will wait till the end of the day and then will make it.
