Has the person you sent the fiat to confirmed they have received the fiat from you? Are they willing to send the payback amount directly to the lenders address?

They confirmed they received the money yes...I can ask them if they'd be willing to send the payback directly to a lender if that were the lender's preferred way.

If they have received the fiat then why have they not yet released the bitcoin?

They are waiting for the funds to reach completed status in their account
Who is the seller? Like I said above if they are willing to personally guarantee they will pay me directly the appropriate amount then I may be able to help (depending on how reputable they are)

Reference the thread I posted in the OP

Fyi will be out for a while so may not reply for a bit

If they would agree to send .324 BTC to an address of my choice within 24 hours, and you agree to take responsibility (and pay me back) if they do not then I may be able to do this.

I don't have collateral to offer for this but seeing if anyone can assist.

I have 4 BTC I just purchased from a trusted member here coming in 12-24 hours...reference thread: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/looking-to-purchase-4btc-918319

If possible I would like to take a loan from someone of 0.3 and will pay back + 8% interest as soon as I receive the 4 BTC (12-24 hours)

So in total - Loan amount: 0.3 BTC Payback amount: 0.324 BTC

You can check s1lverbox's and Marcotheminer's loan threads and will see I have taken out multiple loans from them and always paid back in full on time.

Thanks.
