Even if you were serious I wouldn't do business with you because it would be unfair. 0.35 bitcoin = at least 203 dollars.

obvious scam but want to make a point. If he says he have that btc he is aware how much is worth.

He looking for newbie.  OP please update thread with your wallet and send btc to escrow. once this verified we can proceed.

Try selling that in localbitcoins. I'm pretty sure no one is going to trust you here, this just sounds too good to be true. Plus if you are truly looking to sell at this rate someone at localbitcoins is going to grab your offer minutes after you post it.

He probably meant 0.035. Not clear if he is selling the BTC for paypal, or if he is trying to buy BTC with paypal.
He is confused have no idea what is he doing just 2 posts and all here in this thread
