i would also suggest that if you are going for outdoor adventures you should have https://bestaxeguide.com/best-camping-axe/ or thomahawks as well along with survival knife you have mentioned. these axes or hatchets not only help you clearing trails on the way but can be used for splitting firewood and act as a great survival tool as well.
