You can try with Gentoo linux, full package of LINUX + Eloipool + Bitcoind pre configured pacakge is available,
you need to add your wallet address and you can go up the mining.

For the first somebody on this forum made a script available for Ubuntu (which I think should also work without mods on Debian).

I'm willing to take you up on your offer. I've installed eloipool + bitcoind before - it's annoying, but it's doable.
