电 据韩国统一部15日发布的数据，今年1-9月入境韩国的脱北者为881人，与去年同期的1036人相比，减少14.9%。其中，女性728人，占比高达82%，男性仅为153人。分析认为，金正恩体制下，朝鲜加紧对弃朝人员的监管，使投韩人数减少。据悉，在金正恩接班后，为了维稳，朝鲜一直加大对接壤地区逃离行为的打击力度。弃朝人员中，女性一直占据较大比重，截至9月底，入韩脱北者总人数为3.1093万人，其中女性达2.2135万人，占比71%。
