The saying is that if something is too good to be true, it's probably a scam. (Let's say you are individual. Why don't you buy Bitcoin much cheaper from exchanges? Let's say you are a business. Where are the business address and credentials?)
So you'll have to prove that you are OKay. A first step would be to work with a reputed escrow until your name will mean something (i.e. you also become reputed).
Until then I see a nice website with a Bitcoin address where I would not send a penny.
I'd like to buy at your low prices and sell at your high prices. But every legitimate exchange sells for lower than they'll buy it back.

What is your intention offering more than exchange price? Sounds pretty suspicious. I suggest buyers use escrow. Better be safe than say sorry.
Unfortunately escrow won't protect from credit card fraud charge backs.

I agree, this sounds very fishy. You can easily buy BTC en masse on exchanges if you are willing to verify your identity and you don't have to pay any taxes until you cash out, so there's no good reason not to show ID for mass buying purposes.
I can only think of one good reason to run this site legitimately, but I won't share it so you can't use that as a cover. Why do you do this exactly?

Website is nice, but is not recommended to do p2p bitcoin transactions without an escrow. Risky business, man.

Contact anybody that is active in that list and tell them your intention, they will tell you the next step to take.
