You want sale Bitcoins which you don't have over a period of 90 days, because you own miner or a contract. Please correct me, but this sounds a bit to much fishy if you think, that you don't need to prove, HOW you can pay back.

"With FACTS and FIGURES"?

OK.

 FIGURES:

1 ) Yesterday I sold futures at 10 Bitcoins .
Of the planned 55 Bitcoins .
2) Tomorrow I will increase the number of Th, which are in my rental from 7 Th to 9 Th.
3) In the nearest future will continue to increase the number of Th. Plans to 14 Th.
4 ) Using the resource  - http://mining.thegenesisblock.com/
can easily calculate . Taking value Difficulty Increase / Month 75% ( !)

Obtained by calculation 67, 50 coins.
Minus one week of March - in reality get 60 + coins.
It is more than 45 Bitcoins , which I still plan to implement futures, is not it?
Also considering that I will increase the number of leased Th in March , the amount received from Bitcoin Mining will be at least 90 coins.

FACTS :

I'm pretty sure you equipment for mining only saw the photo in the interenet . And you never saw how it works in reality.
All your calculations and conclusions purely theoretical.
I personally sell such equipments. And quite successfully.

P.S. Of course now you say that the resource thegenesisblock.com is not an authority for you. Because you are much smarter than the creators of this resource. And the calculator on it is not right.

P.S. P.S. Moderators, please, I ask you to close this topic.
Thank you all for your attention. I wish you good luck and Mining  be good!

I did it after the user WITHOUT REASONS raised 3 negative trust feedbacks on me

There seems to be a single one raised on you by him.
Do remove the negative feedback and request him to do the same for you.

This issue can be ironed out without any fuss if there was no transaction that was scammy.

I have the same opinion as well. I doubt if any one really get into this kind of deal. The risk dont appear to be a fair one.
so i see no deal here till now..!  may be because people are too skeptical after getting scammed time and time again..! os OP is a miner if i'm not mistaken .. ?

What do you mean when you say "collateral"? Pledge? Then my answer is - no.

Exactly. I mean a form of protection for the owner. I'm asking because this is needed if you want to close the deal. As a piece of advice, nobody is going to shell out a few thousands without any kind of guarantee.

You are a little misunderstood. After payment you do not wait 90 days. You get EVERY DAY Bitcoins to your address. Not only the entire amount at once, and parts. The number of coins that you purchased, broken down into 90 parts. And every day I pay you part. 90 Total payments.

I meant 90 days to complete the transaction, I know one would get 1/90 of the BTCs daily.

However you didn't answer my question.

To OP: given that escrow doesn't work here and you have no feedback, how can someone interested in the deal trust you? The problem with this deal is that, while you get instantly what you're asking for, the other party will need to wait 90 days during which anything could happen and he or she could do nothing about it. Do you provide any collateral that the other party can keep until the 90th day?

I dont see how escrow can work in this case. The OP wants to receive fiat now (he provides 33% discount based on present rate) and he will send bitcoins every day for 90 days in installments. He has some miners setup which earns the bitcoins and those bitcoins will be the ones that will be distributed. He is planning this way to get fiat through bitcoin sales instead of selling miners itself. This is the info i have got from him over PM.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Miner directly.

You get your BTCs in installments every 90 days after you have made the full payment. Minimum order I think he mentioned had to be 10 BTC.

Naturally, I did not go ahead with the deal.

Hope this helps.

UPDATE:
Clarification.
Bitcoins are sold on a futures contract.
Now the price for 1 Bitcoin is considered as follows:
Take https://btc-e.com Exchange Rates and divide by 1.5
Example: you want to buy 10 Bitcoins.

Last Price on btc-e: 470 $
470 \1.5 = 314
Today you can buy Bitcoins and costs  314 $
