Damn, I've never seen one for sale that was in regular, circulated condition! I wonder how many more might be out there like this. Makes the mint condition ones more desirable.

BTC1.2 is about the best you'll get. Good luck to you.
the 2011 and 2012 version were used as a gift and also many people bought them and kept them aside
so there are many of these in such condition indeed

You think, I think, but there's no actual proof. This is the first one I've seen that looks like it's actually be handled in someone's pocket like regular currency.

If you look at the spotcoins list (http://www.spotcoins.com/bitcoin/casascius) the implication is that majority of these coins still exist and the only versions we ever see look the same as the day they were minted.

I’ve seen quite a few Cas coins over the past cple years that look like they’ve gone through WWII. You have to keep in mind when many people got these in the early days they never imagined what it would be worth a few years down the road..so they handled it w/out care. That simple

thanks for the offer. I've received multiple offers at 1.1.  I'd do 1.2 for whomever takes it first.

Still for sale.  Due to the rapidly fluctuating price of BTC, I will take 1.3 BTC for it.

This coin was held in a bad with other coins, where it was put by my wife.  Its key can be verified.   I have the receipt when I bought this for $29.00 in November 2012.

I sold a 2012 for around 1.4 not more than a month ago, it was in pristine condition, just to give you an idea about the current market.

putting a reference from ebay is not good since the price there is different.

Also the coin has too many scratches and a very big dent on back

Whats the min you can go for it?

The hologram looks a little scratched up but the other side isn't bad.  I think your asking price in the first post is a bit high like others have stated and you may fare better posting it on ebay like the ones you referenced.  Smiley

Better photos added.  The hosting site re-sized and I didn't check.

I'll take postal money order, BTC, face-to-face.  I'll even give you my ID. I'm a legitimate seller.

You would be wise not to share your photo ID with strangers on the internet, but it can work if you're meeting someone face-to-face. Equally a buyer should not accept it as proof of identity, just in case it was stolen

Best offer you'll probably get is like 1.2BTC to 1.3BTC in the condition this is in, but more people should feel free to chime in.

Also those ebay listings are for the 2011s not the 2012 like the one you have pictured.

Don't go by eBay pricing, I doubt in current market conditions you will get more than $1500 and even that is pushing it.

Selling a 1 BTC Casascius physical bitcoin.  Still loaded with one BTC.  Good condition, not mint.  Stored in a plastic bag since [Edit] 2012 when I acquired it new.  I believe it is the "second series" without the spelling mistake. See https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Casascius_physical_bitcoins .

Priority would go to local transactions in Phoenix, Arizona.  Will sell anywhere in the US.  Will accept bitcoin as payment. I'm a professional and bitcoin is a hobby; I won't rip you off.

I will say [edit] 1.3 BTC plus shipping.  Will consider other market price points if you can show them to me.

EDIT: this is a 2012.  Better photos added:
