Try the easiest way - to try to sign up again the old e-mail, ie seeing seeing what is your registered deepbit email, for example [email protected] -> go to Gmail and try to register this new email address. in many cases, if an e-mail had not enjoyed for years, the operator deletes it, so try and have 99% probability to obtain.
