In your Nvidia and catalyst control panel there should be a place to tell it which programs to use which adapter for, probably under 3d settings.

I have a NVIDIA GTX 670 in my main pci-e 16x port, and a Radeon 5970 in my 2nd pci-e 16x port.
I'm using my 5970 for mining.
The problem is, when I play any game, the game use BOTH gpu. So since my 5970 has max alloc 100%, it takes all its power to mine, making the game lag...
Anyone know how to "disable" the radeon card for everything except mining?
