For the record I did NOT call and have not called him a scammer. At the time of my post he was not late on any of his loans.
I have been following his recent increasing debt and I am wondering if he has borrowed even more than we can see from these public records.
If so, we need to get those debts into the public records as soon as possible so we can figure out his totally debt at this time.
