https://blockchain.info/tx/b42a87a3de27ac1c18fa3c4d4feafe9737b7e86fbe0a7c942bd99ab058050315

This was the other one i sent using same wallet thats got no confirmations because of that stuck input..will i need to via btc this as well or should i be good to go once they mine the next block?

https://blockchain.info/nl/tx/ff727384d88ebe97822e690d269f133a1fac2838153546155e44ea98df51f6f9 this one is still unconfirmed because of very low fee.

Every payment thereafter is stuck waiting for this confirmation...

Dang 14 hours...the accelerator said success on it..is it proven that it actually does anything?
You shouldn't count 14 hrs but rather an hour passed since you accelerated the 1st unconfirmed transaction ID. Yes, it has proven that many times.

Tried accelerating on all..were successful but still nothing...arghhhh
The issue is they (ViaBTC) haven't mine a single block after you successfully accelerated the transaction. I did the calculation (using an online calculator as below) based on the time you posted to have it successfully accelerated and you missed the chance of having your Tx included in their last found block by 21 minutes only.
At the time of posting this, their last mined block was from 8 hours 33 minutes ago: https://www.blocktrail.com/BTC/blocks/1      (press Ctrl+f and search for ViaBTC)
The calculation that you missed it by 21 minutes: https://www.timeanddate.com/date/dateadded.html?d1=04&m1=5&y1=2017&type=sub&ay=&am=&aw=&ad=&h1=03&i1=20&s1=0&ah=8&ai=23&as=&rec=
Double check the result with the time you posted here in forum and you'll see that they mined at 3 May 2017, 18:57 and you successfully accelerated at May 03, 2017, 19:18. Both times are forum time.

So ...purchased again from xcoins...which is how i did it originally with the problem one...sent to blockchain....purchased from separate wallet coinbase and sent to blockchain...0 confirmations after 20 mins from xcoins but coinbase one got confirmed in 5 minutes...is it an issue with that wallet or because that theres still a stuck previous transaction?
It's because of previous stuck transaction. Your Tx ID is in the next batch of transactions that will receive confirmations when ViaBTC mines a block.

The stuck input on that Tx is from another Tx that has a long chain of other unconfirmed Tx's. Yes, you should accelerate these as well.

Break down of the unconfirmed tree:

Tree A: https://blockchain.info/tx/ff727384d88ebe97822e690d269f133a1fac2838153546155e44ea98df51f6f9

Dang 14 hours...the accelerator said success on it..is it proven that it actually does anything?

What the "accelerator" is actually doing is bypassing the mempool and
requesting a specific miner to include your tx in their next found block.

Instead of a miner selecting your tx based on fee payment in the
mempool, it accepts your individually requested tx only by the
altruism of that miner. This is allowable and fine, but can only
work while the block subsidy/reward still is sizable.

You will now need to "accelerate" your own tx (as opposed to your
parent tx), since the fee on yours is too small as well.

I'm not sure If there is a spam attack or not but the number of unconfirmed transaction is high right now: https://blockchain.info/unconfirmed-transactions (53k++)
It's because the transaction he's been waiting for 10 hrs is using an input that isn't confirmed yet.

Intended Tx ID: https://blockchain.info/tx/ca574e5d4de1744d2760f0798736d64e8674499451f52556f0f4f80367ca4aba
Unconfirmed Tx ID: https://blockchain.info/tx/ed78cec38ae730e0571afc19b794d0f76b6964cffd73df2bcfef79c3be47a348
Note: Couldn't submit it at the moment (to ViaBTC), so accelerate it in an hour and everything should fall in place.

That being sad, ViaBTC accelerator says "Successful" just for the submission of your TXID, It takes more then 1 hour for the transaction to get confirmed but It will eventually get to that stage. The fees are not that bad but next time check here before sending: https://bitcoinfees.21.co/
