Since Paypal is a reversible method so even though your intention may not be scamming to others but sellers will not take that much risk to take PayPal funds from you. So if you want to buy bitcoins then you may want to choose some non-reversible payment method to buy.
I only need bitcoin in order to pay a forum member who only accepts bitcoin in exchange for a code. I need to pay him 10$. So, I need the equivalent of 10$ in bitcoin. I will pay using Paypal.
