From a woman's perspective - yeah hygiene most of the time will kill any chances. Guys who don't brush their teeth (everybody can have bad breath now and then but you can't have plague all over your teeth), horrible body odor, dirty clothes...such a turn off.
I liked the post, and they are all true, specially the hygiene issue.
Shit like this seems like it comes from Cosmos. Not every single person in the entire world is looking for the same thing in bed as the author. Actually, not a SINGLE one of those is actually helpful in any way, shape, or form.

True about the guys who only want to talk about themselves though. The point is to get her talking. Ask questions and listen. Many chicks, esp. in online dating, suck at convo. As guys we have to make the conversation live.

Fucking women, at least I admit that I can't dance from the get go and don't try to bluff my way through it! >_< That said most of the stuff there I don't fall under so woot!
