I have spoken quite a bit with Charles recently, this project is legit and is definitely a game-changer for Bitcoin. Right now many businesses are hesistant to begin accepting bitcoin, not because they don't like it but because they don't understand the legal aspects - donations will be used in part to hire lawyers to figure this stuff out.
