But what if "trusted" person sends to fake person #1 then to fake person#2 then fake person #3. How do you link back to the real scammer? You will be going after 3 people who dont exist.
This should be pretty obvious.
Say nobody pays up... it all goes back to Garr255 for trusting the wrong dude.
And yes, if I send it like this:
Me -> someoneItrust -> knownsock -> knownsock
then I will have to take the blame.
If it goes like this:
Me -> someoneItrust -> someoneTheytrust -> knownsock 1 -> knownsock 2
then "someoneTheytrust" is at fault
Me -> my sock puppet 1 -> my sock puppet 2
I don't quite follow this, if sock puppet 2 defaults then wouldn't sock puppet 1 be the one on the line & Me in the clear?
This could be solved if so by passing the responsibility back up the line, if SP2 fails to pass on the coins then SP1 is liable, but if SP1 also fails to reimburse the OP then Me is liable.
