Can this DigitalOcean Credit be used on old accounts or do I need to create a new account to use this coupon?
I think it only works on new account's but I'm not 100% sure.
Coupons are allowed only in new accounts not in old. And to be able to redeem that code in new account you have to make a purchase of minimum $5
That means you will get option to redeem code only when you are placing an order
