I'm sorry, but these cards are essentially worthless. Just buy any hosting package (even 0.99/month one) on hostgator and they'll give one to you for free.
+1. They are also no good for adword accounts that have already been set up. If you want, you can set up a new adwords account for each card, but Google might catch on to you and ban you from advertising at all.

If you've never tried Adwords before - I can vouch that this is far more efficient than being listed in the phone book pages. While also far higher quality of customers on Craigslist.
Adwords are a very cost effective way to get your local business out into the community. I now have plenty of work on my plate due to word of mouth
though it was a great boost in the beginning to get things moving along.
