Same when you deal with your credit card, as the person who receives the money doesn't know if you paid with balance or card and you can do a charge back if you want. Your account being brand new and having not concluded any trades doesn't help either. I have done a few trades with Paypal but only with persons who had concluded different trades here and their feedback was positive. Probably you have to find another way.

That offer can earn you negative trust here, easily. The problem is that yours is a brand new account and Paypal is a reversible payment method--it doesn't even matter if you used escrow, because the PP funds can be charged back up to 6 months afterward. I suggest you lock the thread and find another way of doing this deal. Maybe someone else here will have a good suggestion for you.

I'm not an expert on PayPal, so I can't give you a good answer about this--maybe someone else can. You have to understand that scammers love PayPal because they have so much buyer protection and they allow chargebacks like I described, and I think buying crypto with it is against their policy anyway.
Can anyone help me with this? Need bitcoin for 100$ using unverified paypal. Im new to this so im not sure thats out of line?
