That's not going to work.
I believe it's a multisig tron address that has some USDT in it. The scammer probably sent or sold him the seeds, but he can't withdraw the USDT minus permissions from the other owner of the address

Save seeds and uninstall old trust wallet apk. Download it from play store import your seed and try again. Or you can import your wallet on tronlink pro. Then try to send it. If it still failed then probably its a scam.

Fake wallet's and website are common hacking now and only newbie got victim. Thread Maker has same kind of users who either scammed by wrong trust wallet app or just want to make fool us. It will be better to reply either problem is solved or not.

I don't know where you found that wallet, but it is a scam wallet, delete it immediately and make sure that your money has not been stolen (if it was not stolen, download the wallet from the official links and then send your coins from your old seed)

The suggestion given are reasonable to try but if all of those didn't work well the only solution you can do is to go to their support since for sure you will get more direct solution by the help if their support team. If you just rely on the answer for sure you will spend some time to test out if those methods will really work.
Also hopefully you download the correct application since there are so many fake app created to confuse and steal users money.

Are you sure you are using a legit trust wallet software? Where did you download it from?Did someone give you a wallet or sold you a seed phrase and now you are trying to move the funds out but keep getting the error?
IF that is the case, then forget about the funds. The scammer is the one with the private keys and makes you believe you own the funds, but you don't.
Delete the wallet and move on

, I cant say I don't need the money.By the way, another tip is, if you are sure your problem is not related to not having enough TRX to pay for gas, then you can downloading Tronlink wallet from google playstore or iPhone app store, then import you Tron wallet to Tronlink using either your private keys or passphrase, which trust wallet provided you with.
you can then try making the same transaction from Tronlink, I believe you are not going to encounter such error again.

Do you have TRX token available in your wallet to pay for the gas fee? Because it seems that the transaction is rejected due to some reason related to gas fee that will validate the transaction signature. I know that there’s a problem before on TRC20 when using trustwallet but it was already resolved on the updated version. I’m pretty sure that it’s about the gas fee since you can view your balance in your wallet which means you have the right network.
Few troubleshooting tips:
- Make sure that the Trust Wallet you are using is coming from a legitimate source - https://trustwallet.com/
- Re-install the application
- Make sure that the address you are sending to is a valid USDT TRC20 address and is capable of receiving such type of balance
- Have enough funds including transaction fee
