No one is looking for 100% unique, over 90% it is acceptable and usually everyone is agree with that. Try on freelancer.com,upwork.com and of course xbtfreelancer. For sure you will find at least someone who can give a job to you

yeah... There's no point in paying someone to write an article if they just copy and paste it lol so definitely needs to be 100% unique if I'm writing it.
