It is always hard to predict bitcoin value. but no one could imagine bitcoin price went from literally valueless to $1000 in 4 years
$1000 won't happen that soon, i'm sure many people would dump their bitcoin before the price reached $1000.

That's not how markets work.
The weak hands are shed as the price rises through fear of the price dropping to previous lows. As the price continues to rise it draws in further buyers and fear of the price dropping is transformed into fear of missing out on gains and greed kicks in. The price rising begets more buying.
This is what pushes the price far beyond what anyone can believe is possible. This is what makes coins so popular at $310, $410, $510 when you couldn't give them away in January for 160.
Technical confirmation of the bear market being over happened today. Fear will turn to greed if the price simply sits where it is and holds 300.
have we learned nothing from the last bubble? the market cap of Bitcoin is small and so bubbles are easily created. doesn't mean we can necessarily sustain the price. we might hit $1000 and then fall back to $350.
Nope, once we cross 1K, panic buy will for sure happen, the psychological factor will be way to strong, once we pass it again.. it can easily double the last ATH. It would be a bigger risk to try to make some gains when we reach 1K (because of the high % of being left behind during a panic buy after ATH) than just hold it even if it goes back to 500$ or less. Its a big gamble and who cares if you are here for long term anyway.
not so sure about it, from the look of this growth it seems that the next long term target would be greater than the last ATH, if for every big pump we can achieve a new ath and then fall back to a better price than before, it could be ok i guess, even taking into account the big volatility...
