It will all depend on how good is your project marketing can only present this to potential the best way to market your project it should be targeted so my advice is through article marketing from reputable sites like Cointelegram, I have invested in
some projects were covered on Cointelgram and they proved to be a good project, they will cover it if your project is really that good another one is Youtube marketing from influencers because many investors are subscribed to these channels that they can make an impact.

or maybe, they have 100k worth of tokens for their marketing but we all know that most of these tokens are not really valuable in the market. maybe you are right, just a bait saying they have that amount. but i don't think they have that in USDT or in BTC, high likely, it is in the form of tokens, which we know we can't determine its value yet.

Offer a huge airdrops for early people that are funding projects using Raiser app. More you fund, more you get tokens. Or find another layer 2 project build on same platform (eth, bcs) with passioned and active community and form a "partnership" and reward their token holders with your tokens. This way you might hijack their members to shill your project as well, as it's their best interest to do so.
Its a launchpad project and that my friend is a good start, find old big projects to get partnerships with first and do some marketing like airdrops and bounties, having good partnerships do the magic trick effectively more than normal market.

In my opinion marketing on YouTube may attract more investors for your project but it's necessary for you to choose experienced Youtubers who are capable to explain about your project deeply so the viewers and investors could easily understand about your project beside this marketing on other social media platforms like facebook and twitter may be a good step personally I prefer twitter marketing instead of facebook. Publishing articles on big crypto informative websites and starting signature campaign in Bitcointalk forum is another decent option for the marketing of your project.
i think that the bounty campaign is the most suitable thing to do. this willl cover all of social medias. 100k was huge money to be divided into various campaign that included into the bounty campaign. you can try to consider it. you can try to contact some bounty manager on the service section. this is my 2 cents but the choice is yours.

Go with the signature campaign it is the most effective method of promoting a service in the crypto community whereas you can also promote it with the help of social media influencers but we can't say how much effective it will be.
