I met Bitcoin Spender at PorcFest. I even got a picture of him and his Visa debit card.
That's off topic, but Camp BX, Mt. Gox and Tradehill are all registered, can't recall if they have public records or real names for proof though.
Though practically everyone knows that Mark Karpéles runs Gox through Tibanne Ltd, registered in Japan.
Their deposit account is a corporate acc. in their name at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking corp. which only accepts registered businesses with high volume as clients so it's pretty much a given they're 100% legit.

This makes his service more credible than 99.9% of bitcoin "businesses" out there IMO.
Few people publicly put up their verified real name & home address (yes, I checked, it's a condo in a residential area) let alone fill the official paperwork to create a company.
Too bad it seems to be US-only.
I wonder if Tradehill or Mtgox or any well-knowed company have this registration too.
