As of right now BTC-e charges you insane fees through Paypal (I lost around 10%).
Only good way to withdraw USB from crypto right now is through Coinbase, although you'll need a bank account for that.
That why I would prefer dealing with individuals- I don't want an institution
to have my info, so the G can hammer me on back taxes.
In two clicks, I get 114.14 $ for my 200 NMC on BTC-e so even for $ in hand, I would refuse, so for PP... 
And more if I sell the BTC's elsewhere.
