i wasn't use your faucet before but it say i have to wait 3 minutes again to next claim and what is that mean

I haven't claimed any but faucet is showing " Time since previous claim 6 m" and it says i have to wait 1 hour for this. Do faucet calculate interval between overall claims i mean if one claim on your faucet than all have to wait 1 hour to claim again. There is also nothing in my balance, confused
