oh going through most of the ip's they seem to be google and cdn mirror networks

I did a netstat -n and when I have all browsers closed. I have 1 Avast IP and about 5 going to my internet service provider IP's (akamai ETC.)
When I open the browsers back up, 3 from here and the other just fb yahoo, youtube.
I get about 50 from 168 (my router) on a lot of Ports out to my ISP
I get 80 172 back to 172 which is my pc address.
