A cryptocurrency received approval from the state:
Link.Network - Line: https://cointelegraph.com/news/japan-grants-crypto-exchange-license-to-messaging-giant-line
BNB - Binance & OKB - Okex: https://cointelegraph.com/news/malta-financial-regulator-approves-first-14-crypto-assets-agents
HT - Huobi: https://cointelegraph.com/news/huobi-to-launch-regulated-thailand-based-crypto-exchange-in-q3-2019

basically top exchanges that have their own native token get approved from the state.

Are there any projects that have received official approval from the state? Any country. License for money transfers or license to the technology. Any projects, any country, any permits - you know, one of those projects?

Thank you
