Before or after you resolve the issue of refunds for your previous vaporware preorders?

I've just requested a refund. After asking a refund after few minutes I've got first email stating I should provide details where to send the money and after that in few seconds another one stating refund processed. Funny how they do the business - no information of customers like in other companies

What happened to your 28nm chips? Are these just re-branded Bitfury or BitMain chips?
We are changing our Nextream-3 28nm chip to a full custom 28nm chip.
These are our own designed 55nm chips.
We will be providing one soon.
