It's not necessarily because gambling is not legal for such countries. For instance, gambling is completely legal in my place, yet, I'm still restricted from playing. Perhaps, it has to do with the type of license 11croco has and their risk appetite.

I entered their link and it doesn't work, I was interested enough to participate in this gambling platform of theirs but it was not possible at all, I tried a lot with VPN but it was not possible.

BTW, it's against their terms of service to bypass country restrictions using VPN. I would not recommend it unless you're prepared for the worst. But you could probably find other casinos that allows your place. Games for the most part are more or less the same with a lot of platforms as well.

Don't know if the user would able to know the reason why his withdrawal got cancelled. But I think the best approach here is to let him know that he can contact you thru pm then discuss those issues he encounter, then you are the one who will come with your technical team to solve his issue.

Anyways the people who claim that he's withdrawal cancelled didn't post anything to update his case so maybe we cannot assume that his issue is true or not.

One thing that I noticed though is that [Mmer] had the full website, while with this user, if you hover on the website, it seems that it had it's referral already.

So it's really a bit confusing and most likely this website might not gain traction from our community because of this simply mistakes. We don't know who is the official representative, and then they are not answering our queries. It's just like they put their ANN thread here, then left for us gamblers if we wanted to test it or not. However, this is not the norm here, ANN thread should be very attractive and we only have one rep and then they answer all our queries and doubts. I'm sorry to say, but they started with a wrong foot here.
what is really constant about them both? is they are not coming back after posting their threads . the first poster just woke up again yesterday before this new account created this thread in which I believe runs by  the same person but open new account for extended advertising in different approach .

Its like this is what they usually do where they post a thread then leave. Somehow I don't trust anyone doing that since its like its giving me some impression that they don't have budget to spend for marketing and they just want their thread to bumped up or be notice. I highly doubt that anyone who come to this thread and see that they have double threads and yet haven’t replied to any of them will still want to use it. The only reason that would have made me go to the site and probably register an account with a dummy email would be to see the interface and not to deposit (that’s if Nigeria was among the countries that are allowed in the site).
Pretty sure there are. You know, many people act like they are naive even if they aren't really. But there are really OP's like that who don't like making a reply and it doesn't mean that all of them are now a scam. This behaviour is still annoying to some which leads them to ignore the casino. So if someone is serious about this casino business, they need to learn from us here. Anyways, why bother waste time when you think they are scammy?

My first question is, how are you related to the creator of the other thread or announcement of your platform? are you aware that there's already an existing thread about your casino and this is not allowed here?

So it's really a bit confusing and most likely this website might not gain traction from our community because of this simply mistakes. We don't know who is the official representative, and then they are not answering our queries. It's just like they put their ANN thread here, then left for us gamblers if we wanted to test it or not. However, this is not the norm here, ANN thread should be very attractive and we only have one rep and then they answer all our queries and doubts. I'm sorry to say, but they started with a wrong foot here.

Its like this is what they usually do where they post a thread then leave. Somehow I don't trust anyone doing that since its like its giving me some impression that they don't have budget to spend for marketing and they just want their thread to bumped up or be notice. Or either it leave something like doubts that the one posting it is not the real representative of that casino since if they are really the one launching their thread in bitcointalk then provably that they put a representative that will answer all questions posted by people here.

I have read the replies of other members and check to see for myself and their thoughts were correct. OP the previous thread would  have to be locked or deleted in other to avoid confusion or raising skepticism amongst members here because that would affect the casino in the long run as members would see it as inconsistency and do away with your casino which I believe would not go down well with your casino because already your casino started on the wrong step.

Secondly, the list of accepted nation is just too scanty and this made me curious and thinking if you set up this casino just for few countries alone or you are still working on adding to the list because there are lots of countries that are casino friendly  nations and it would be nice you tap into their market.
