Windows can take only 8 gpu so 8 slots are enought Smiley

You can share the AMD and nVidia cards so the total is more than 8.

In that adventure I will not participate Smiley

I just see 7 pcie port? Anyway I like 1000X more to have 3 rigs x 4-5 gpus that runs easy than trying to make one with 13 gpus working. It is already a bit difficult making a 6 gpus run flawless, much more difficult a 7-8 gpus, so I can't imagine the trouble with 13.

then your not doing stuff right, its easy as pie to get 6x gpus working flawlessly, all you need is the right mobo and theres MANY that work with 6x gpus, some of the mobo's are gaming motherboards not even ment for mining, case in point the msi z170a-SLI is a gaming motherboard which can also be used in mining and supports 6x gpus with ease

These motherboards will not have resale value to regular pc users, in case profit from mining is no longer possible. However, if you buy a regular gaming mobo with good number of pci-ex slots for gpu mining, you can sell it to regular users in case you decide to avoid mining again.

So, selling this mobos with high price will only hunt victims or passionate miners.

slot x1 can be used for something else, like for other type of card like tv card, sounds card, so regular user can still buy this, but could be too expensive for them, but why you want to sell it anyway? minign will not be unprofitable from now, the value can only increase so enjoy the profit

$228? That is double the price, that motherboard is normally sold for $129, only idiots will buy at that price plus there are customs fees and good luck getting warranty from things you buy from ebay hong kong.

lol there is u.s and germany
it depends on the bid
but really i never see 129$ for it before
i bought the h81 pro btc 6 slots for 180 lol
now everything pumped in mad prices as it get profits

Yes now in all places the sellers know people are mining with this hardware, so the prices of equipment are increasing day by day. I checked in the local market compared to last month the price is increased almost 30 to 40% for all products. And the sellers are telling the goods are out of stock. So for me, this is a good price to buy this board.

nah its 13 pcie slots look closely
specially designed to open the  lanes for the gpus
i think better stability to get 16+++ gb ram

Hello miners

i just see many posts about the 12 , 13 gpu mining motherboards without showing which store

i found them on Ebay  the 13 gpu ASRock H110 Pro BTC+  https://goo.gl/gBbMW6
and the 12 gpu BIOSTAR TB250-BTC PRO https://goo.gl/uapM7K

i recommend to use 6bin riser with red capacitor like this https://goo.gl/wcWktm
other risers is low quality and cause problems

the windows 10 pro 64 can detect 8 gpu with these motherboards , if more gpu added the system hangs  , maybe i will get to a solution for this by trying the windows server 2016

for now simplmining OS  can run all the 13 gpus without problems or use linux with the suitable driver for it

will post my test on the windows server later
