Your price is outrageous, your contract costs 0.143 with 12 months and your selling an account that ends in 5 months for 0.1 btc you must be high, the best you can get is 0.04-5 BTC for this account and the buyer should ask you to transfer the account, never buy an account and accept the account details since they can be restored very easily.
