Some signature campaign will check the account post history, if the quality is not good, they will reject it.

True.
Such type of accounts need some work to be done on them to increase quality of post
And not every sig campaign will reject you. Bitmixer will easily accept because they don't care about your past post history and they also have very good rates for full member too

I may be interested of bidding if you lower starting bid to 0.01 bitcoin. With 210 posts in Gambling and Rounds this account is useless for any signature campaigns. And why you don't have a sign message? The account never published a BTC address?

Signature campaigns consider the posts made after you enroll in the their campaign. So, you can make quality posts yourself once you register in any campaign.

Regarding the signature, I do not own the account. I do not have any alts here actually. This account was given to me as a collateral. Also, the account did post an address but I cannot sign the message because I do not own the address.

I think the account was used to be an alt account for giveaway at Games and Rounds, that's who no Bitcoin Address was staked.
