the ETF gold/silver future contracts are all 100-1 over sold
thats why prices are so low
buy physical gold and silver never buy contracts if your holding long term
long term physical prices will go way up

Go back to where currency is supported, by something you can touch! eg. Gold or silver. We spending ourselves into economic collapse.

Let's say, they adopt crypto currency, as the solution to the dollar fiasko, how long before that goes through the same cycle?

A little over simplification on how the system work.

Don't forget, the citizens are getting all the benefit as a consumer at buying discounted products all over the world.

Interesting but to say that history repeats itself and that the current situation is unstable in the long term is disputable... Bretton Woods, the Gold Standard etc were each different and unique with its own flaws..

Because wise people eventually die off and the youth repeat the same mistakes their ancestors do before becoming wise themselves.
